These Terms of Service (“Terms”) govern your access to and use of AdzBoost’s websites, dashboards, and related services (collectively, the “Services”). By accessing or using the Services, you agree to these Terms.
Eligibility & accounts
You must have authority to enter binding contracts on behalf of yourself or your organization. You are responsible for safeguarding credentials and for activity under your account. Notify us promptly of unauthorized use.
Services
AdzBoost provides advertiser infrastructure (including account requests, balance workflows, and operational tooling). Features and availability may change. We may suspend access for security, legal compliance, or abuse.
Compliance & acceptable use
You agree not to:
- Violate applicable laws or third-party platform policies;
- Misrepresent identity, traffic sources, or funding;
- Probe, disrupt, or overload our systems without authorization;
- Use the Services to distribute malware, spam, or unlawful content.
Balances, deposits & withdrawals
Top-ups, credits, and withdrawal requests are subject to verification, fraud prevention, and operational processing timelines described in-product or by support. Amounts, fees, and rails may change with notice where required. Chargebacks and reversed payments may affect account standing.
Third parties
The Services may interoperate with advertising platforms and vendors we do not control (including Meta). Those platforms have separate terms. AdzBoost is not endorsed by Meta Platforms, Inc.
Intellectual property
AdzBoost retains rights in its software, branding, and documentation. You retain rights in content you submit; you grant us a license to host and process it as needed to operate the Services.
Disclaimer of warranties
The Services are provided “as is” and “as available” without warranties of any kind, express or implied, to the fullest extent permitted by law, including warranties of merchantability, fitness for a particular purpose, and non-infringement.
Limitation of liability
To the maximum extent permitted by law, AdzBoost and its suppliers will not be liable for any indirect, incidental, special, consequential, or punitive damages, or for lost profits, revenues, or data. Our aggregate liability arising out of these Terms will not exceed the greater of (a) the fees you paid AdzBoost for the Services in the three months preceding the claim or (b) one hundred U.S. dollars (USD $100), except where prohibited by law.
Indemnity
You will defend and indemnify AdzBoost against claims arising from your use of the Services, your content, or your violation of these Terms or law, subject to our prompt notice and reasonable cooperation.
Termination
You may stop using the Services at any time. We may suspend or terminate access for breach, risk, or discontinuance of offerings. Provisions that by nature should survive will survive termination.
Governing law
These Terms are governed by the laws of the Province of Ontario and the federal laws of Canada applicable therein, excluding conflict-of-law rules, unless mandatory consumer protections in your jurisdiction say otherwise. Courts in Toronto, Ontario, have exclusive jurisdiction subject to those protections.
Changes
We may modify these Terms by posting an updated version on this page. Your continued use after the effective date constitutes acceptance of the revised Terms where permitted by law.
